Leonardo Santos

Dr. Santos was a dedicated member of our lab from 2006 to 2007. During his time here, he pursued a clinical and research fellowship in ocular pathology while completing his PhD at the Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP) in collaboration with McGill University. His research in our lab resulted in several important publications, including a notable paper on the histopathological study of delayed regraft after corneal graft failure in the journal Cornea. Currently, Leonardo continues to apply his expertise in ophthalmology at the CISSS de la Gaspésie, where he has been working for many years, providing high-quality care.
